HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician with multifamily apartment experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in multifamily apartment communities
- Perform preventive maintenance and service calls
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
- Install, repair, and replace HVAC equipment and components
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Ensure all work complies with applicable HVAC codes and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and onsite staff
Qualifications:
- Multifamily apartment HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, thermostats, refrigerant handling, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
