What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia support in a tertiary hospital setting for patients aged 12+
• Support staff: Care team model 4:1
• Assist with diverse cases excluding blocks, epidurals, or spinal anesthesia
• Cover scheduled shifts, including potential overnight availability
• Support specialized care procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesia team and hospital staff
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care

What You Need

• Valid MN RN license and CRNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification upon hire
• Must meet credentialing timeline of 90-120 days
• Ability to work at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months
• Location: Must live at least 50 miles from Abbott Northwestern
