URGENT Neurohospitalist Locums Job North Florida July 20-26

One of our partnering hospitals had an emergent coverage gap arise and is seeking Neurohospitalist locums coverage in July. Shifts are 12 hours with no night call responsibilities. The client is seeking candidates with this specific availability and an active Florida license and DEA. There will be an opportunity for ongoing work here through 2027.

High Priority Dates Needed: July 20-26

Details/Requirements:
Consult only Neurohospitalist service: Rounding on non-emergent stroke cases
Procedures: None, general neurology and follow ups
No stroke call - Acute stroke management with tPA done by stroke service
Patients per day: 10-15 per day
Shifts: 7am-7pm

Facility Details:
Beds: 400+
Support staff: Vascular Neurologist and NP/PA on shift
EMR: EPIC
Clean malpractice background required for temporary privileges
Active Florida license and DEA required
