Cardiology Physician

Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 7-day coverage blocks every other month; 24-hour shifts from 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (8 AM-5 PM in-house); flat 24-hour all-inclusive rate
- Job Setting: Inpatient and outpatient; collaborative practice environment with inpatient consultative services, outpatient clinic responsibilities, and call coverage

Types of Cases:
- Inpatient cardiology consults and rounding
- Outpatient cardiology clinic coverage
- Interpretation of stress tests
- Echocardiogram reading and interpretation
- Management of general cardiology patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Average inpatient census: 15 patients per day
- Average clinic volume: 8-10 patients per day
- Credentialing: Active Illinois License or IMLC eligibility accepted
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Licensure: Active Illinois License or IMLC eligibility accepted
