  • Complex Vascular Cases (except open heart)
  • Complex Orthopedic Cases
  • Pain Management Techniques
  • Post-op Epidural
  • Post-op Extremity Blocks
  • Epidural Steroid - Lumbar & Cervical
  • Transforaminal - Lumbar & Cervical
  • Use of X-ray Guidance in Performance of Blocks
  • Ventilation Management
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
  • Central Line Placement
  • Arterial Line Placement
  • PA Catheter Placement
  • CRNA Supervision / Medical Direction
• Credentialing: Credentialing can be expedited; estimated timeframe 90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Minimum Board Certification Eligible; Fellowship required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS - Required
  • PALS - Required
• Licensure: Active Ohio
