CRNA Locums Job in Marion, Indiana

Dates of Assignment: August 17-21, August 31, September 2, September 14-20, September 24, September 28-30, October 16-18 call only, October 26-30 x2, October 31-November 1, December 21-25 x2, December 26-27, December 31

Details of Assignment:
- Active Indiana license required
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm / Call hours: 4pm - 7am
- OR and OB call- Primary and Secondary call
- MDs supervise CRNAs
- Cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
- 400-500 deliveries per year
- EMR: Plexus
- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
