Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x 8-hour shifts or 4x 10-hour shifts (8-hour shifts preferred); Full-time, 6-month contract
- Job Setting: Hospital (283 beds)
- Types of Cases: Medical Direction, General Anesthesia cases; Bread and Butter cases; Must be comfortable with pediatric patients. No hearts, No Neuro, No OB. Patients per day: 15-30. Patient population: Pediatrics (under 18) and Adults.
- EMR: Epic (experience may allow test-out; otherwise virtual training required prior to start - Tuesdays only)
- Credentialing: 60-90 days with active SC license (up to 4 months for full privileges); 5-6 months without SC license. SC license preferred. Will consider licensing.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Note: Rate is all-inclusive and subject to change based on provider's distance from the facility. Local providers within 60-mile radius are not accepted. Providers who have previously worked at Prisma must have been separated for at least one full calendar year before returning as a locum tenens provider.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
- Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Licensure: South Carolina (SC) license required; will consider licensing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience practicing medicine; must be out of training
- Malpractice History: Clean malpractice history required (if a case has been dismissed, contact recruiter prior to submission)
