  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Epidural Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia
  • Obstetrical Cases
  • Open Heart Anesthesia
  • Thoracic Cases (except open heart)
  • Complex Vascular Cases (except open heart)
  • Complete Orthopedic Cases
  • Pain Management Techniques
  • Post-op Epidural
  • Post-op Extremity Blocks
  • Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar & Cervical)
  • Transforaminal (Lumbar & Cervical)
  • Use of X-ray Guidance in Performance of Blocks
  • Ventilation Management
  • Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
  • Central Line Placement
  • Arterial Line Placement
  • PA Catheter Placement
• Credentialing: Estimated 30 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • PALS - Required
• Licensure: Active Ohio, will consider IMLC
