What You ll Do
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients
  • Utilize clinical judgment to recognize additional patient needs during evaluations
  • Document and interpret patient progress and outcomes regularly
  • Educate patients and families on equipment, self-care, and treatment goals
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient care
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant therapy standards and regulations
  • Manage a diverse patient caseload including orthopedic, balance, and pain cases

What You Need
  • Valid Texas or Compact State Physical Therapist License
  • BLS certification (AHA)
  • Experience in outpatient therapy preferred, particularly with orthopedic and balance cases
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and judgment
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
