Required Skills:
  • Current OT license and state certification (NBCOT preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
  • Experience with standardized assessments and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and team members
  • Ability to develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans
  • Proficient documentation skills adhering to regulatory and clinical standards
  • Ability to evaluate patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
  • Familiarity with DME and therapeutic supplies management

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation settings
  • Supervisory experience supporting OT assistants, aides, or students
  • Additional certifications in modalities or assistive devices
  • Bilingual abilities or cultural competency in diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior experience working in LTC or similar healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary team collaboration

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start on or before June 15, 2026
  • Ability to obtain necessary DME supplies and equipment
  • Willingness to participate in facility meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
  • Adherence to NBCOT, state regulations, and our company's code of conduct and ethics
