Required Skills:

• Valid state Occupational Therapist license and good standing
• Proven experience in a long-term care or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatment planning
• Excellent record-keeping and reporting skills
• Ability to supervise and collaborate with assistant and aide staff
• Proficient in designing and fabricating splints based on physician prescriptions
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in LTC settings

Other Requirements:

• Must be available to work Day shifts on a scheduled basis
• Willingness to supervise staff and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Ability to travel within the facility as needed
• Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements provided when applicable
