Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and preparing a range of dishes, including individual orders or banquet services for group of 200+. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and a strong leader.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations
• Supervise and coordinate food preparation and presentation
• Hire, train, and lead kitchen staff
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and within budget
• Follow all food safety rules and regulations
• Establish goals and KPIs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Extensive previous culinary experience
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
