• Cooking
• Management of other employees
• Scheduling
• Inventory Management/Ordering
• "Meal prep" to-go meal management
• Assist with Menu planning
• Delegation
• Staff Training
• Safety/Compliance
• Assist with Special Events
• Management meetings (interval tbd)
