Working closely with a medium-sized team, this role involves managing station operations, ensuring food safety, and maintaining inventory while supporting rotating shifts, including weekends. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to uphold sanitation standards and deliver food preparation tasks effectively with minimal direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage station setup, order handling, and breakdown efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following established practices
• Keep stations stocked and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures
• Prepare food items according to standard recipes and guidelines
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and maintain operational readiness
• Collaborate with team members to foster a productive kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience with inventory management and stock control
• Skilled in safe handling of kitchen equipment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
