Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday, Onsite
- Outpatient Clinic Visits: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- After Hours Phone Call: 4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. for Established Patients
- Weekend Call/Phone Only: 4:30 p.m. - 8 a.m. for Established Patient
Clinical Details
- No surgeries or procedures required
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Support Staff: Medical Assistants in practice
Requirements
- Must be board certified in both Hematology & Medical Oncology
- BLS Certification
- Active MI License or IMLC
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Case Logs: 24 patients with illnesses related to Hematology and 24 patients with illnesses related to Medical Oncology within the past 12 months
- Must have full time availability
