• Seeking a board certified Hematology/Oncology physician
• Must be board certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours per week)
• Full-time, on-site outpatient clinic role

• Weekday call: 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM (phone call only for established patients)
• Weekend call: Phone only for established patients

• Outpatient clinic setting
• No surgeries or procedures required
• Clinical support: Medical Assistants available
• EMR: EPIC
• Dictation: Dragon

• Board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• BLS required
• Will consider IMLC candidates
• Case logs required:
  • 24 hematology-related patients within the past 12 months
  • 24 medical oncology-related patients within the past 12 months
