Clinical Scope

• Bread & Butter General Dentistry

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

• Active, unrestricted Ohio dental license (or ability to obtain upon graduation)

• CPR/BLS Certification

• DEA Certification

• Active NPI Number
