Coverage Needed:

Clinical Details:

• Hospital rounding and surgery if required
• Procedures/Surgeries Required: Aneurysm Repair, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Heart Valve Replacement
• Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Cardiothoracic surgeon
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• Board certified in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Fellowship training in Cardiovascular
• Active South Carolina license (will not accept providers who need to obtain)
• Active ACLS certification
• Self-query NPBD report
• Providers must have clean backgrounds to be considered for temporary privileges
