- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or until cases are complete
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Shifts per Week: 5
- Hours per Week: 40
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based general anesthesia practice
- Patient Population: Adults
- Charting System: Cerner
- Call: Limited call coverage; no weekend call
- Board certification in Anesthesiology required
- Active Pennsylvania medical license required
- 1-2 years of anesthesiology experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- DEA registration required
- Experience with Cerner charting required
- Experience with adult general anesthesia cases preferred
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for adult patients in a hospital setting
- Manage a broad general surgical case mix, including urology, gynecology, GI endoscopy, plastics, orthopedics, and occasional dental procedures
- Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, and the perioperative team to support efficient daily workflow
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting in Cerner electronic medical records
- Support limited weekday call coverage as scheduled
- Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork
