- Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic and OR coverage
- Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call: No call coverage
- Start Date: August 2026, pending credentialing and provider availability
- Duration: Long-term coverage with ongoing scheduling needs
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,030-$10,690
- Orientation: Onsite orientation required prior to start
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology
- Active Michigan medical license required
- Michigan CDS and DEA required
- ACLS certification required
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship, or foreign training in Urology
- At least 50 urological procedures completed within the past 12 months, or recent completion of an accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 months
- Robotic surgery and endoscopic experience is preferred
- Provide comprehensive general urology care in both clinic and OR settings
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 encounters per shift
- Perform common urologic procedures, including ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy as needed
- Support surgical care using available robotic technology
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
- Deliver consistent weekday coverage while maintaining excellent patient access
- Participate in onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to the start date
