Job Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology
• Active Michigan medical license required
• Michigan CDS and DEA required
• ACLS certification required
• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship, or foreign training in Urology
• At least 50 urological procedures completed within the past 12 months, or recent completion of an accredited residency/clinical fellowship within the past 12 months
• Robotic surgery and endoscopic experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in both clinic and OR settings
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 encounters per shift
• Perform common urologic procedures, including ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, and renal/bladder ultrasound with biopsy as needed
• Support surgical care using available robotic technology
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care
• Deliver consistent weekday coverage while maintaining excellent patient access
• Participate in onboarding and credentialing requirements prior to the start date
