What You'll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of adult and limited pediatric surgical procedures, including general surgery, neurosurgery, and deep sedation/MAC
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
  • Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
  • Administer anesthetics and monitor patient vitals throughout procedures
  • Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia
  • Respond to emergencies as part of the healthcare team
  • Document care accurately in Epic EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You Need
Required:
  • Michigan medical license in good standing
  • NBCRNA certification (CRNA)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Prior CRNA experience (not suitable for new graduates)

Preferred:
  • Experience in Level 1 trauma centers or similar high-acuity settings
