    • Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri (7 am - 3 pm) 2 rooms, CRNA only/Hybrid Model
    • Thurs. (7 am - 7 pm) 2 rooms, Care Team Model 1 physician/2 CRNAs
    • Case Mix: Pain, Ortho, Spine. CRNA must be able to do blocks
    • Support Staff/Supervision: CRNA must be able to work independently
    • Credentialing Time-Frame: 30 days - emergency privileges
    • Active FL License: Required upfront
    • Certifications: BLS
