What You ll Do

• Evaluate and treat neuromusculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems to restore function and reduce pain
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
• Administer various physical therapy modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and mobility strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Supervise and train PT assistants and rehab staff as needed
• Promote quality assurance and participate in performance improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification from AHA
• 1+ years of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse outpatient populations
• Ability to adapt to changing clinical needs
