Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized plans of care for patients in their homes
- Evaluate patient needs, establish goals, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily activities
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure optimal outcomes
- Supervise and mentor OT assistants and students as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic medical records
- Promote a safe, clean environment adhering to safety protocols and standards
- Practice in accordance with AOTA standards of care and ethical guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Transfer and position patients safely and efficiently
What You Need:
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform patient transfers and positioning
- Preferred: home health or outpatient experience, BLS certification
