Locum Plastic Surgery Physician
Specialty: Physician - Surgery - Plastic
Location: Des Moines, IA .
Shift: M-F with call rotation

Position Details:
Patient Population: Surgical and cosmetic patients of all ages
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Responsibilities:

• Trauma call coverage
• ER consults
• In-office consults and procedures
• Reconstructive collaboration with breast surgeons
• Clinic and OR coverage as needed

Required Procedures:

• Plastic surgery procedures
• Reconstructive procedures
• Trauma-related procedures
• In-office procedures

EMR System: Epic
Support Staff:

• 1 Advanced Practice Provider
• 1:1 Nursing Support
• Ancillary Staff support available

On-Call/Weekends:

• Yes
• Call rotation coverage
• Either 7 on/7 off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified Required
• Active IA License or Active IMLC Required
• Must be experienced Required
• Clean Malpractice/No Background Required
