Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Flat rate $5,000-$6,000 per on-call day; $7,500-$9,000 per holiday call, including all hours

What You ll Do

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries
• Respond promptly to call-ins during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with support staff including dedicated medical assistants and a practice manager
• Maintain high-quality patient care and documentation in Cerner EMR system
• Ensure timely response within 20 minutes for all calls
• Support the hospital s OB/GYN coverage needs, focusing solely on inpatient and outpatient services

What You Need

• Valid California medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Recent experience in OB/GYN procedures, including deliveries and surgeries
• Ability to respond within 20 minutes for on-call duties
• No NICU responsibilities required
• Active privileges with previous facilities (or willing to credential)
