What You ll Do

• Perform inpatient diagnostic and therapeutic urology procedures including cystoscopy, stent placement, ureteroscopy, and clot evacuations.
• Manage emergency inpatient urology cases.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers (2 APNs across sites).
• Provide consults and outpatient services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.

What You Need
Required:

• Active medical license in New Jersey
• Board certification in Urology (Board Eligible considered if actively pursuing certification)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general urology, including ureteroscopy
• Strong procedural and inpatient management skills

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital-based urology practices
• Ability to perform emergency procedures under pressure
