Your Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you'll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.

Your Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you'll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and well-being
- Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
- Collect behavioral data and monitor progress
- Provide adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills training
- Promote independence, learning, and positive social interactions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification
- DSP I & II certifications (Title 17)
- CPI(Crisis-Prevention Intervention) certification We do provide
- ABA experience with task analysis
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
