Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days; temps case by case for clean files
Additional Details: Acute care hospital; Level III trauma; 136 med/surg beds (expandable to 184); 20 bed closed ICU staffed 24/7 by intensivists; hospitalists respond to codes when available
