• Coverage Reason: Temporary coverage while community provider is on leave

Clinical Responsibilities

• Patient evaluations and treatment management
• Admissions required
• Clinical oversight of active radiation oncology patients
• No treatment planning responsibilities

Requirements

• Board Certified Radiation Oncology - Required
• Radiation Oncology Fellowship - Required
• Active Kentucky License - Required at presentation
• IMLC Not Accepted due to expedited coverage timeline
• ACLS Certification - Required
