The Laborer/Mechanic role involves maintaining and repairing heavy machinery, vehicles, and general tools within diverse environments such as outdoor construction sites and indoor workshops. As part of a maintenance team, this position requires performing manual labor tasks, operating tools, and ensuring safety compliance while handling physically demanding duties like lifting heavy objects and maneuvering in varied settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance and repairs on heavy machinery and vehicles along with tire changes
• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct site cleanup and maintain organized work areas
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations
• Assist with physical labor tasks including lifting, climbing, and crawling

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License

• Entry-level experience in equipment maintenance and mechanical repair
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and welding techniques
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
