Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $167.50/hour

What You ll Do:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care based on patient needs
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Maintain accurate documentation in hospital systems (paper, transitioning to Epic by June 2026)
• Assist with arterial line insertions, IV insertions, floor intubations, and other procedures
• Support anesthesia services across diverse departments, including cardiology, OB, radiology, and neuro
• Collaborate with a team of RNs, scrub techs, and supervising MDAs

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid RN license and NBCRNA certification (board-certified by AANA)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience with general surgical, obstetrical, and neurosurgical cases
• Preferred:
  • PALS certification
  • Experience with arterial line and IV insertions
  • Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment and teamwork skills

About the Assignment:
Join a well-equipped 180-bed hospital with 11 ORs providing diverse surgical services, including cardiovascular, neuro, ENT, urology, ortho, robotic, and more. The facility supports outpatient and inpatient anesthetic services, with an anesthesia team supervised by 1 MDA for every 4 CRNAs. You ll have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical environment.
