  • 6:30am - 6:30pm (M-F) - 12 hr. shifts (2 OR)
• Call Schedule:
  • 4:30pm - 6:30am (M-F) - 1 on call
  • Sat/Sun 6:30am - 6:30am - 1 on call

Requirements

• Board: NBCRNA certified
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Licenses: Minnesota License
• Case Logs: 12 months of case logs needed for credentialing
• Radius Restriction: Candidates must reside greater than 2 hours from the site location; Local candidates within 2 hours are not eligible
  • Minneapolis candidates are eligible despite radius restriction
• Availability for call coverage is preferred
