Primary Care Physician BC/BE needed at an innovative integrated primary care, addictions, and mental health treatment center. Practice within a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Medical Degree and MA License required. Previous experience in ambulatory care clinic preferred. This position provides great pay and full benefits!
