Vascular Surgeon needed in Boise, ID for CALL ONLY

Rate is $2,400 for 24 hour call

• Coverage needed
• 7/7-7/10
• 8/11-8/14
• 9/1-9/5
• 11/23-11/27
• 12/22-12/26
• Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers
• Ongoing coverage needed will be sporadic weekends and holiday coverage
• EMR: EPIC
• Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY
• Board Certified - Required
• Active ID license at the time of submission -Highly Preferred, will potentially consider IMLC candidates
• DEA and CSR - Required
• BLS - Required
• Local candidates - highly preferred
• Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - Required at time of submission
• Rental car or flight provided
