Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Mandated Job Requirements

• Provider must be interested in working in a rural community.
• Position for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician.
  
• Clean malpractice and license - REQUIRED
• Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• IL license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice PREFERRED

Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
