Compensation: Commensurate with experience $165,000-$200,000
About the Role
Medley Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our growing post-acute care team. This is a part-time opportunity with schedule flexibility. You'll provide on-site physiatry and pain management services across skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Pennsylvania, helping patients regain function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiatry consultations and follow-up care
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage rehabilitation, pain management, and functional restoration plans
- Provide guidance on patient care and progress to interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree, board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Active Pennsylvania medical license required
- Experience in PM&R, physiatry, or pain management strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for improving patient quality of life in post-acute and long-term care settings
