Salary Range, $531,974 to $721,200
The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. You are eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary.
Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary . In addition, comprehensive benefits and pension offerings further enhance the overall rewards package.

You ll practice in a Level 1 trauma and 763-bed academic medical center at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion Children s Hospital, providing comprehensive care to a population of over one million across a large rural multi-state region.

What You ll Need
- Completion of a CODA or CDAC-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the ABOMS
- Interest in academic appointment and teaching
