What You ll Do
  • Perform vascular and ultrasound examinations according to protocol
  • Select appropriate equipment and adjust controls for optimal imaging
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
  • Assess for patient pain or discomfort during procedures and intervene as needed
  • Document findings accurately in the EMR (HMS Medhost)
  • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment
  • Follow established standards and protocols for quality imaging
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team for comprehensive patient care
What You Need
  • Valid ultrasound or vascular technologist license and relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in vascular ultrasound procedures
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound equipment operation
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to safety standards
