Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do
  • Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population, including all age groups
  • Manage an average of 2.5-3 patients per hour in the ED
  • Collaborate with the hospital team in a rural, community setting with limited onsite specialty support
  • Document patient encounters using Epic electronic medical records
  • Assist with clinical decision-making in a critical access environment
  • Contribute to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced setting
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (no internal medicine or family practice)
  • MA state medical license
  • ACLS certification
  • DEA license for prescribing

Preferred:
  • Experience working in rural, community, or critical access hospitals
  • Ability to work independently in a small-team environment
