Pay & Benefits
  • Annual Compensation: $312,000 $438,000, plus a $25,000 Medical Director stipend (for leadership)

What You ll Do
  • Provide OB-GYN inpatient coverage including triage, surgeries, labor, and delivery management
  • Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
  • Conduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with specialty teams (Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Stanford support)
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and community OB-GYNs
  • Help shape workflows, culture, and clinical standards for a new program
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives when in a leadership role
What You Need
  • Valid, unrestricted medical license in California or eligibility to obtain
  • Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical OB-GYN experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
  • Leadership experience (preferred for Medical Director role)
