- Administer and monitor medications in coordination with a Psychiatrist
- Assist with mental and physical health assessments

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently in a community-based setting
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
