Orthopedics - Spine Physician Assistant

A leading surgical services group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a orthopedic spine or neurosurgery Physician Assistant or NP/RNFA. This is a surgery ONLY position. No multi-level scoliosis cases.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with no call or weekend responsibilities.

• Surgical Time: 25-30 hours per week. Not uncommon to have 1-2 cases in a day and finish early.

• Responsibilities: First assist duties only. No orders, clinic or rounding required.

• Salary: Guaranteed salary $130,000 - $155,000/yr based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.

• Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of spine or neurosurgery surgical first assist experience.
