Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43/hour

What You ll Do:

• Provide urological care and support in a busy clinic setting
• Support a patient population over 18, including emergency torsion cases
• Perform core procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, ureteroscopy, prostate procedures, and more
• Assist with cysto/stent procedures alongside office visits
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Use Epic EMR system to document care
• Collaborate with a supportive team of 4 MAs, 1 CSA, and 1 RN
• Support occasional pediatric cases and rare OB procedures when needed
• Engage in robotic surgeries (not required but supported)

What You Need:

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA registration
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Strong procedural skills and ability to work independently
