Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 for a two-year commitment
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
• Assist patients with mobility, strength, and functional improvements
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
• Rotate weekend shifts approximately every 6-7 weeks
• Participate in occasional home health or SNF visits as needed
• Contribute to a facility with a strong focus on community health and patient engagement

What You Need
Required:

• MN Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (or obtain within 1 year)
• At least 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
• Ability to work 8-hour weekdays and rotate weekends

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or SNF settings
• Familiarity with Epic software
