Your impact will include:
- Early injury intervention and symptom management
- Ergonomic assessments (office & industrial environments)
- Body mechanics training and job coaching
- Movement screenings and posture analysis
- Stretching and work conditioning program development
- Delivering engaging presentations to employees and leadership
- Partnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training, Occupational Health, or related field
(PTA/OTA candidates encouraged to apply) - Industrial or clinical experience preferred
- CPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for injury prevention and helping others
- Valid Indiana Driver's License & reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel 2 days per week (reimbursed)
- Strong computer and documentation skills
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check
