HVAC Coil Cleaning Technician
Cleaning of Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Evaporator and Condensing Coils. Using a cordless impact driver we remove fans or access panels. Using an electric pressure washer we pressure wash coils from both sides to remove contaminants. Work is done in refrigerated warehouses or on ground level or rooftop equipment. We use aerial lifts or ladders to access the equipment to be cleaned. Much work is done on weekdays and Saturdays. Some work is evenings. All weekend work is paid at time and a half. Most of the time you will work alone but some projects will have two persons working together. Work is done at different locations in the Chicagoland area. A valid drivers license is necessary. Drive time over 30 minutes is paid. Use of personal vehicle is compensated if you carry company equipment. (Other than hand tools.) Well qualified candidates may be supplied with a company truck.
