What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia management exclusively for cardiac and cardiothoracic surgery cases including CABGs, valve repairs, aortic root surgeries, pericardial windows, lungs, laser lead removals, and rib platings
• Assist with a small ECMO program; no transplants involved
• Cover approximately 2-5 cases daily within a high-volume cardiac surgery department
• Participate in call coverage, including one evening call shift weekly and one weekend call every six weeks
• Work within a Level III trauma facility using Epic EMR (highly preferred)
• Collaborate as part of a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team with minimal call-in requirements during evenings and weekends

What You Need
Required:

• Board-certified CRNA
• Valid state license or compact license
• Minimum 1 year experience in cardiac anesthesia

Preferred:

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• Willingness to obtain licensure if necessary
