Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of Personal Injury matters, advocating for victims to secure the justice and compensation they deserve.
- Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Prepare legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Motions, Bills of Particulars, Appeals, etc.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
- Remain accessible to clients as needed, understanding that legal needs can arise outside of regular business hours.
- Utilize your strong analytical, research, and writing skills to build compelling cases.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of dedicated professionals, showcasing excellent communication and people skills.
Qualifications:
- A JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing.
- 3-5 years of personal injury experience preferred.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- A proactive approach to case management and advocacy.
- A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to justice.
