Commercial Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and business transactions.
• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and other commercial litigation cases.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
• Represent clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risks and enhance business operations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York State.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant law fields.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
